After structural issues presented themselves in what was originally slated to be a renovation of a classic Denver brick bungalow, AWID and the client pivoted to designing and building a architecturally sensitive yet modern new build. Incorporating classic building materials and form and combining new technology (a Tesla solar roof among them). With great attention to detail and superior construction this build and design met the clients aesthetic and functional requirements.
